Gutter and Downspout Installations

• Gutter and downspout installations are made with specific consideration to the overall function of the roof drainage system and the ground slope to ensure new problems will not emerge.
• We use locking nuts and bolts or rivets, instead of tiny screws, for the downspout extensions. Where others will use staples, we use screws where possible to ensure longevity of the fascia and soffit installation.
• We use the absolute best caulking. You won't find this for sale at Rona or Home Depot. It is specifically designed for gutters. Other companies will use a cheaper, easier to apply caulking that won't last nearly as long.
• We install gutter hangers approximately every 2’ rather than 3’-8’ like other companies. This insures it can handle the heavy weight of water, debris, or ice buildup.
• Where appropriate, we run downspouts from upper levels across lower roofs and directly into lower gutters to avoid shingle damage.

Fascia and Soffit Installations

• J-trim, L-trim, gables, venting, pork-chops… odd names? That’s all common language to us. Let us take care of your house with a perfectionists eye.
• We have accounts at every major manufacturer in Canada, so if you have very specific colour or style requests, we can supply it.

Roofing Installations

• We only want to install a roof that is of good lasting quality. So we use IKO or MALARKEY products on the roofs we install.
• We always use synthetic underlay to ensure your roof won't leak even without shingles!
• We always install the proper style drip-edge to ensure water will run into your gutters even after 25 years of shingle wear.
• Venting is important, so we will install vents at ideal locations to let hot air escape from the attic.

Siding Installations

• We offer all the major brands of vinyl siding and have crews with years of experience to install it properly.
